SARDIS Announces Closing of its 4th Transaction in Mobile Communications Software
London 26th May 2009. SARDIS Capital,
the Technology Investment Bank, advised O3SIS AG, a leading
provider of carrier grade Personal Data Management solutions
to Mobile Network Operators, in its acquisition by Gemalto
NV (Euronext NL0000400653 - GTO), announced today. This
marks the fourth transaction in which SARDIS created superior
returns for its clients in the mobile communications software
industry. SARDIS’ prior
transactions in the industry included the private financing
by General Atlantic Partners of Navigon, the sale of Smartner
to Seven Networks and the sale of VoxMobili to OnMobile.
